• بيانات الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك إن قمت بإدخاله، وذلك لإنشاء حسابك ومنحك الوصول إلى كورساتك والتواصل معك بشأن مشترياتك.
• بيانات الشراء: ما قمت بشرائه وتاريخ الشراء. تتم معالجة المدفوعات بالبطاقات بالكامل عن طريق مزوّد الدفع (Paddle.com، البائع المسجَّل)، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة ولا نخزّنها.
• التقدم الدراسي: الدروس التي شاهدتها أو أكملتها، حتى تتمكن الخدمة من متابعة تقدمك واستكمال المشاهدة من حيث توقفت.
• الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا: مثل نموذج التواصل أو نموذج الآراء أو واتساب.
• بيانات الاستخدام: عبر Google Analytics كما هو موضح أدناه.

نستخدم Google Analytics فقط لفهم كيفية استخدام الزوار للموقع — مثل الصفحات التي تتم زيارتها، ومدة البقاء على الموقع، ونوع الجهاز أو المتصفح المستخدم — وذلك بهدف تحسين المحتوى وتجربة الاستخدام. يستخدم Google Analytics ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) ويجمع بيانات مثل موقعك التقريبي ونوع جهازك والصفحات التي شاهدتها. هذه البيانات إجمالية ولا تُستخدم للتعرف على هويتك الشخصية.

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجرها ولا نتاجر بها مع أي جهة. ولسنا مرتبطين بأي راعٍ أو مُعلِن أو وسيط بيانات، ولا نستخدم معلوماتك لأغراض إعلانية ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

لا تتم مشاركة معلوماتك إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل الخدمة — مثل مزوّد الدفع (Paddle) وخدمة تسجيل الدخول واستضافة الفيديو واستضافة الموقع — وفي الحدود اللازمة فقط لأداء هذه الخدمات. وقد نفصح عن المعلومات إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك.

نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط أساسية لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول ولتذكّر اللغة التي اخترتها، بالإضافة إلى ملفات Google Analytics الموضحة أعلاه. يمكنك التحكم في ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات متصفحك، مع العلم أن تعطيل الملفات الأساسية قد يمنعك من تسجيل الدخول.

بعض كورساتنا موجّهة لطلاب المدارس. يجب على الطلاب الذين لم يبلغوا سن الرشد القانوني استخدام الخدمة بموافقة وإشراف أحد الوالدين أو الولي. ولا نجمع عن قصد من القُصّر معلومات تزيد عمّا يلزم لتقديم كورساتهم.

• Account information: your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number, so we can create your account, give you access to your courses and contact you about your purchases.
• Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider (Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record); we never see or store your full card details.
• Learning progress: which lessons you have watched or completed, so the Service can track your progress and resume where you left off.
• Messages you send us: for example through the contact form, feedback form or WhatsApp.
• Usage data: through Google Analytics, as described below.

We use Google Analytics solely to understand how visitors use the website — for example, which pages are visited, how long visitors stay and what device or browser they use — so we can improve the content and the experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device type and pages viewed. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. • to provide the Service, give you access to the content you purchased and track your progress;
• to process orders and respond to your questions and support requests;
• to send you important messages about your account or purchases;
• to understand and improve the website and courses.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We are not affiliated with any sponsor, advertiser or data broker, and we do not use your information for advertising or share it for marketing purposes.

Your information is shared only with the service providers that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — such as our payment provider (Paddle), account sign-in, video hosting and website hosting — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference, and Google Analytics cookies as described above. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep your information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Some of our courses are aimed at school students. Students under the age of legal majority should use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more information from minors than is needed to provide their courses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
