شروط الخدمة

يجب أن تقدّم معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء حسابك وأن تحافظ على تحديثها. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد القانوني في بلدك، فلا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة إلا بمشاركة وموافقة أحد الوالدين أو الولي القانوني، الذي يقبل هذه الشروط نيابةً عنك.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك. يُرجى إبلاغنا فورًا بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به.

عند شرائك كورسًا أو قسمًا أو درسًا أو اشتراكًا، تحصل على ترخيص شخصي وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل للوصول إلى المحتوى الذي اشتريته ومشاهدته لاستخدامك التعليمي الشخصي غير التجاري، طوال مدة الوصول الموضحة وقت الشراء.

قد نقوم من وقت لآخر بتحديث محتوى الكورسات أو تحسينه أو إعادة ترتيبه للحفاظ على دقته وملاءمته.

الأسعار معروضة على الموقع وقت الشراء وتشمل أي ضرائب مطبّقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

تتم عملية الطلب للدفع بالبطاقات والدفع الإلكتروني عن طريق الموزّع الإلكتروني Paddle.com، والذي يُعدّ البائع المسجَّل (Merchant of Record) لجميع هذه الطلبات، ويتولى Paddle جميع استفسارات خدمة العملاء المتعلقة بهذه المدفوعات ومعالجة المرتجعات الخاصة بها.

في حال إتاحة وسائل دفع محلية أخرى، تُطبَّق تعليمات الدفع المعروضة عند إتمام الطلب، ويتم تفعيل الوصول فور تأكيد الدفع.

يخضع استرداد المبالغ لسياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بنا، والتي تُعدّ جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:

• مشاركة حسابك أو بيانات الدخول مع الآخرين، أو إعادة بيع حق الوصول إلى الخدمة؛
• تنزيل أو تسجيل أو نسخ أو إعادة توزيع أو نشر أو بيع أي فيديوهات أو ملفات أو مواد خاصة بالكورسات، إلا إذا أُتيحت ميزة التنزيل صراحةً لاستخدامك الشخصي؛
• محاولة تجاوز أي وسيلة للتحكم في الوصول أو للأمان أو لحماية المحتوى؛
• استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو بطريقة تضر بالخدمة أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين.

يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط، ودون استرداد للمبالغ إذا كانت المخالفة تتعلق بمشاركة المحتوى المدفوع أو إعادة توزيعه.

جميع المحتويات على الخدمة، بما في ذلك الفيديوهات والنصوص والعروض التقديمية وأمثلة الأكواد وملفات PDF والشعارات والتصميم، مملوكة لنا أو للجهات المرخِّصة لنا، ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية. لا يُمنح لك أي حق سوى الترخيص المحدود الموضح أعلاه.

تُقدَّم الكورسات لأغراض تعليمية. ورغم حرصنا الشديد على دقتها وفائدتها، فإننا لا نضمن أي نتيجة بعينها مثل درجات الامتحانات أو الحصول على وظيفة أو دخل. تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها» دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل المحتوى محل المطالبة. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك كمستهلك التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويوضح التاريخ أعلى هذه الصفحة آخر تحديث لها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد أي تعديل يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة، ولا تسري التعديلات بأثر رجعي على المشتريات التي تمت بالفعل.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

When you purchase a course, a section, a lesson or a subscription, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the purchased content for your own non-commercial, educational use, for the access period stated at the time of purchase.

We may update, improve or reorganize course content from time to time to keep it accurate and relevant.

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Our order process for card and online payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all such orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to those payments and handles returns for them.

Where other local payment methods are offered, the payment instructions shown at checkout apply, and access is granted once the payment is confirmed.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• share your account or login credentials with others, or resell access to the Service;
• download, record, copy, redistribute, publish or sell any course videos, files or materials, except where a download feature is expressly provided for your personal use;
• attempt to bypass any access control, security or content-protection measure;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the Service or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where the violation involves sharing or redistributing paid content.

All content on the Service, including videos, text, slides, code samples, PDFs, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license described above.

The courses are provided for educational purposes. While we work hard to make them accurate and useful, we do not guarantee any particular result, such as exam grades, employment or income. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the content giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms; changes never apply retroactively to purchases already made.
